Indications
A lincosamide antibiotic used for Gram-positive bacterial infections, and also for swine dysentery (caused by Brachyspira hyodysenteriae) and mycoplasmal infections.
Dosage and Administration
For intramuscular injection in pigs, horses, cattle, and sheep, administer 0.05-0.1 mL/kg once daily for 2-3 days; for dogs and cats, administer 0.033 mL/kg twice daily for 3-5 days.
