Usage and Dosage
Front/Hind Limb and Neck Stretch: Use the biscuit to guide the horse to extend its head toward the ground between its front and hind legs. Hold for 10 seconds. (relieves muscle stiffness.)
Lateral Neck Stretch (Alternate Both Sides): Use the biscuit to guide the horse to extend its head toward its hip. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat on the other side. (Improves joint flexibility.)
Opine Stretch (Alternate Both Sides): Use the biscuit to encourage the horse to lower its head between its knees or the reins. Maintain for 10 seconds. (Improves shoulder/back muscle tension.)
